- Own the numbers: Primary sales to distributors, secondary sales to retailers – you track every box.
- Rule the distribution: No stockouts. No overstock. Every shop has your brand front and center.
- Build relationships: Chai with the dukaan wala at 7 AM, lunch with the distributor at 2 PM – you’re everywhere.
- Launch like a pro: New SKU dropping? You’re the one putting up posters, training staff, and making sure it sells out in 48 hours.
- Spy on the enemy: Competitor running a promo? You know before your boss does – and you counter it.
- Report like a CEO: Weekly dashboards, monthly reviews – you speak in data.
- Team up: You’re not a lone wolf. You work with marketing, supply chain, and merchandisers to win.

What You Need

- Live in Karachi – no out-of-towners
- Can talk to a shopkeeper like a friend and a distributor like a partner
