The Role: Relationship Manager
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of SMEs, exporters, and corporate clients in Lahore. This on-site, full-time role combines relationship building, business development, and financial expertise to deliver measurable growth. You’ll report to the Branch Manager and collaborate with credit, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities

Work Hours: Mon–Fri (9 AM–6 PM) | Travel: Occasional client visits within Lahore.
Who We’re Looking For

Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/Masters a plus)
- Experience:
- 2–5 years in banking / financial services (RM, credit analyst, or sales roles preferred)
- Fresh graduates with internships in finance considered
- Skills:
- Expert client relationship management and customer service
- Deep knowledge of financial products (loans, trade finance, deposits)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical & problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Finacle, Temenos) and MS Office
- Personal Qualities:
- Resilient under pressure, deadline-driven, and target-oriented
- Ethical and client-centric mindset
- Willing to work in a fast-paced branch environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in export financing or SME lending
- SBP certification (e.g., AML/KYC)
