Position Overview
Job Title: Registry & Attendance Facilitator
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
This role ensures that student attendance, records, and academic data are managed with precision and efficiency. The Registry & Attendance Facilitator is responsible for maintaining accurate student records, monitoring attendance, and providing administrative support to both students and academic departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance Monitoring
- Track and update daily student attendance across all courses and sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance databases.
- Identify irregularities in attendance and report them promptly to relevant teams.
2. Registry & Records Management
- Manage and update student records in the Student Management System (SMS).
- Ensure all data entries are accurate and reflect institutional standards.
- Maintain digital and physical student documentation as per compliance requirements.
3. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare detailed reports on attendance, registry updates, and student engagement.
- Coordinate with academic and examination teams for updates and data verification.
- Identify data inconsistencies and resolve them through collaboration with relevant departments.
4. Student Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for attendance and record-related queries.
- Communicate updates to students promptly and courteously.
- Provide assistance with documentation, clarification of attendance policies, and academic record inquiries.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Registry, Exams, and Academic Support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support institutional compliance with data protection policies and internal procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative workflows.
6. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle all student data securely and confidentially.
- Maintain high ethical standards in dealing with sensitive academic information.
- Uphold LSST’s values of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in academic administration, student record management, or attendance tracking.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Student Management Systems (SMS), or databases such as SITS.
- Strong understanding of data management and reporting tools.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Salary & Benefits
While the official salary range has not been disclosed, based on similar administrative and education sector roles in Islamabad, the expected salary range is:
💼 PKR 70,000 – PKR 100,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
