About the Role
Production Engineer job. You’re the orchestrator of a high-speed tea packing plant — owning end-to-end production execution across both shifts. From OEE optimization to zero wastage, you’ll drive data-backed decisions, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure every gram of tea is packed on time, every time.
This is a hands-on floor leadership role — you’ll rotate day/night, train operators, run SPC, and lead safety drills while collaborating with Planning, QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
