The Role: Commercial Experience Executive

So, what exactly does a Commercial Experience Executive (CEE) do?

Think of yourself as the face of Jazz at the Experience Center. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers walking in, guiding them, solving their issues, and making sure they leave with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Experience Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Query Handling: Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining top-quality service.
  • Upselling & Retention: Promote Jazz products, upsell new services, and work on customer retention.
  • Complaint Resolution: Take ownership of issues, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Time Management: Minimize waiting and service times to improve customer experience.
  • Team Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure issue closure and consistency.

Requirements
