Key Responsibilities
As part of Nayatel’s Legal & External Affairs team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the company’s legal compliance and smooth coordination with external bodies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conflict Resolution & Legal Representation:
Proactively coordinate with local police and district administration to manage disputes, file and follow up on FIRs, and represent Nayatel in legal proceedings and courts. - External Liaison:
Act as a company representative while dealing with external regulatory authorities such as GEPCO, PEMRA, PTA, and other private/public institutions. - Government Relations:
Build, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with key government officials, administrative bodies, and law enforcement authorities to facilitate company operations. - Compliance Support:
Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and case tracking to support the company’s legal compliance and regulatory reporting. - Field Coordination:
Visit external offices, attend meetings, and handle field-related legal and administrative tasks when needed.

Eligibility Criteria
Nayatel is looking for dynamic individuals who meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
Academic Qualifications:
- BBA, BPA, or MBA from a recognized university
- (A degree in Law/Public Administration is a plus but not mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role involving external liaison, government affairs, or legal matters
Key Skills Required:
- Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with administrative and legal processes such as FIRs, court appearances, and compliance regulations.
