The Role: Distribution Manager
The Distribution Manager will spearhead our nationwide distribution operations from our Lahore base, overseeing everything from inventory accuracy to timely deliveries. This leadership position requires a blend of strategic planning, team management, and regulatory compliance to maintain seamless supply chain flow. You’ll develop robust distributor networks, optimize logistics processes, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. Collaborating with manufacturing, sales, and quality teams, you’ll ensure TITLIS Pharma’s products are delivered reliably, supporting our domestic and international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Leadership: Lead end-to-end distribution operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure efficient product flow from warehouse to end-user.
- Distributor Network Management: Develop, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners, expanding our network while ensuring compliance with pharma standards.
- Inventory Optimization: Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Logistics Coordination: Optimize transportation routes, manage third-party logistics providers, and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries across Pakistan.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all distribution activities adhere to GMP, ISO, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., DRAP guidelines), conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing distribution team, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics (e.g., delivery timelines, inventory turnover, cost per shipment) and use data to drive continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, sales, and quality assurance teams to align distribution strategies with production schedules and market demands.
- Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks (e.g., delays, quality issues) and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in distribution, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing distributor relationships and stakeholder interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharma distribution (e.g., GMP, ISO, DRAP).
- Leadership experience in building and motivating teams to achieve operational targets.
