The Role: Accounts Associate
As an Accounts Associate at Artilence, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in accounting and hands-on experience with QuickBooks, who is eager to grow their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, streamline processes, and contribute to the company’s overall financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and categorized.
- Bookkeeping: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording invoices, payments, and expenses, to support smooth financial operations.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of accuracy and transparency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support audits, budgeting, and financial planning initiatives.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting, with 6 months to 1 year of practical expertise using QuickBooks.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records and generating reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial tasks.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
