A. Communication and Content Excellence
The ability to produce high-quality written content is paramount for both external branding and professional correspondence.
- High-Quality Content Creation: You must have excellent writing exposure and the capability to produce high-quality short/long content in various formats. This includes drafting professional news items, articles, and updates for the company website, official LinkedIn page, and internal communications. This content must be technically accurate and flawlessly written.
- Client Relationship Management: You will be the primary communication point for the assigned client accounts, ensuring professional, timely, and compliant interactions that uphold the firm’s elite reputation.
B. Commercial and Client Account Management
You will manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for assigned client projects, requiring organizational discipline and follow-through:
- Quotation and Proposal: Preparing and sending accurate quotes and professional proposals as assigned by the team lead, ensuring all pricing and service scope details are correctly reflected.
- Documentation and Price Requests: Directly responsible for handling client demands related to documentation and detailed pricelist requests accurately and swiftly.
- Invoicing and Follow-up: Taking ownership of issuing and for active follow-up on invoices for assigned accounts, ensuring timely payment and smooth cash flow management.
- Sales Prospect Nurturing: Responsible for diligent follow-ups with all new inquiries and prospects, channeling leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline and scheduling preliminary meetings.
C. Logistics, Regulatory Liaison, and Documentation Control
The role involves managing external third parties crucial for service delivery:
- Third-Party Coordination: Actively managing communications with partners and logistic companies as required for project execution.
- Regulatory Documentation: Managing third-party communications with regulators and logistics companies, which includes preparing and submitting all required documentation (e.g., permits, certifications, shipping manifests) essential for supply chain compliance activities.
D. Project Management and Executive Reporting
You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and visibility of all ongoing project data:
- CRM Management: Managing, updating, and communicating ongoing project statuses in the company CRM. This data must be timely and accurate to inform global forecasting and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicating project status updates to all internal and external project stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Executive Support: Providing timely assistance and updates to the executive team on all ongoing projects, key activities, and commercial health indicators.
