The Role: Client Engagement Executive
You’ll be the voice and face of Zameen.com — guiding clients through their property journey, closing deals, and earning uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities

| Client Outreach | Call, message, and meet warm leads to promote plots, homes, and commercial properties. |
| Needs Assessment | Understand client budgets, locations, and preferences to recommend perfect matches. |
| Sales Process | Guide clients from inquiry → site visit → booking → documentation. |
| Follow-Ups | Maintain daily CRM updates and nurture leads for repeat & referral business. |
| Cross-Functional Sync | Coordinate with verification, legal, and marketing teams for smooth closures. |
| Target Achievement | Hit monthly sales targets (5–10 bookings) to unlock massive commissions. |
Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Sat) | Training: Fully paid 2-week onboarding
